For Jake’s prompt this week I’m sharing some photos I snapped in Honduras. On the way to the airport to catch a flight to Miami, we drove through this village. Unfortunately I don’t know the name. And out of laziness I’m using this post as the travel photo of the day. Have a great night!

I loved them all… it was nice and interesting… Thank you, with my love, nia
Thanks Nia…have a wonderful weekend
It works for me! By the way, what are the armed guards protecting? Is that a bank?
That was my impression…I could be wrong and my Spanish is quite limited to saying “please” and “thank you” and “one more beer please” I really need to work on my Spanish lessons starting later this summer when things settle down.
Love it, specially the pink house and pots in the front
I loved the character of this house.
Love the photos but don’t like the scary guns!!
Yeah I’m not a gun person either…I remember getting off the plane in Honduras and seeing all the guys with guns in the customs area. It was after midnight and we had a heck of a time making all of our flights, but when I saw the guns I was awake and alert. And extremely polite.
One of the sign in front of a house/store says: “Every client pays, even if you second to your mom”. It must happen often that clients don’t pay.
That is unfortunate that they have to post a sign like that…I would be afraid not to pay anywhere, especially if there were men with guns a few stores down the street.
In some country it is quite common not to respect rules.
It`s so fun to drop by anywhere to find some great photograph and discovery ,
Thanks for sharing this my friend
Thanks for giving us inspiration. It is always a kick to see how different bloggers interpret the weekly themes. I love seeing pictures from all over and knowing a little story about them.
I think this is great! I love all the random villages we pass through while traveling. Reminds me a lot of Guatemala. I’m hoping to make it to Honduras sometime soon.
I hope you do go to Honduras. It is such a beautiful country.
Your “laziness” provided some good shots. I love the second one
Sometimes being lazy has positive results. Thanks!
These are some amazing photo’s , you really have an eye for detail.
Thank you for such a nice compliment. Have a wonderful day!
The picture are lovely. It’s fun to see villages other than my in my own country
I love seeing how people live in different parts of the world. I learn so much from my travels. Thanks Novroz.
That last one with the pots…so cool
I liked that little place. Too bad I didn’t have time to visit it more.
Reminds me of the Mexican villages we haven’t visited in over a year. Need to get back there. Small towns in Mexico are probably Husband’s most favorite destination; we’ve balked at the recent uproar, but it might be time now.
I haven’t spent too much time in Mexico but I would love to go back some day and really explore the ruins and their history. And a few beach days would be nice. Have fun if you go!
