I don’t drink coffee, but I’d still really like to go there
.
I’m not a big coffee drinker, but I had a cup there. Not bad. Sitting under an avocado tree, watching a smoking volcano added a lot to that experience.
I wanna see a smoking volcano. Can you please take me there TBM? Pleaseeeeeeee
I’ll do my best to put a post together for you next week.
Yay!!!!
Oh making me miss lovely Antigua!
Love Antigua! So beautiful!
Nice landscape.
I haven’t been to a coffee plantation! That sounds interesting.
It is!
Looks like a very nice coffee plantation.
It was…the workers don’t have it easy though. I never realized how hard the work is.
Can do with a cup of coffee and a scone right now!
I’m having tea and I’m all out of scones. Dang!
Nice pic my friend. One of the stories I wrote a while back takes place in a Guatemalan coffee plantation. Totally could have used your awesome photo skills back then. Always love checking out your Guat photos
Is the story online…I would love to read it.
Great, I would love to go to a coffee plantation!
It was fun to see how it all works. We learned about the whole process: growing, picking, sorting, drying, and packaging. It’s very complicated and some countries are super picky about the quality of beans they will import.
Beautiful
I lived near (an Indian) one. This looks more exotic though
Have you visited it? I found the whole process fascinating.
Antigua? no. Coffee plantations? Many times. Hubby was a coffee curer – worked on a coffee processing plant for years. He was a tea planter for years before that!!
That’s pretty cool and a tea planter. I need to check that out. I’m a tea fanatic!
